Snap COVID-19 lockdown for ACT

The ACT Government has announced that the ACT is going into a period of snap lockdown from 5pm today, Thursday, 12th of August.

During this time, we will remain open for children who need to attend, such as children experiencing vulnerability and children of essential workers.

Most families should keep their children at home as recommended by the ACT Government.

From tomorrow and during all the lockdown period, please send us an email to let us know that you are an essential worker and you still need care for  your child.

Please use the usual front gate entrance to drop off your child to Aeon.

The wearing of face-masks for people 13 years and older is mandatory and part of the Public Health Directions.

No adults are to enter the service, we will meet you and your child at the entrance door, Please knock loudly.

For pickup, please use the back door and call the Centre Manager number on 0449 557517.

You should also check the ACT Government COVID-19 website  on a regular basis to stay up to date with the latest news on COVID-19 in the ACT, including daily updates, statements from the Chief Health Officer, and alerts about outbreaks across Australia.
