Keeping your child safe is our highest priority and to this end our enrolment process requires your family to provide some detailed information. This information is entered & stored securely in the child care management system ‘Hubworks’ in accord with our Privacy Policy. Please contact us should you require any assistance in completing the following enrolment procedures.
Step 1- Register on Hubworks if you haven’t already.
To enrol your child into any of Aeon Academy’s programs, you must register with our software provider Hubworks. You need to do this for two reasons:
- To provide us with essential information for taking care of your child.
- To be eligible for the Australian Government’s Child Care Subsidy.
Important! Remember to keep your child’s details up-to-date on Hubworks.

Step 2- Once registered on Hubworks, decide which program you want your child to attend by exploring our website.

Payment: Can be made over the phone using EFTPOS, direct debit or credit card.
